Wolf Ridge at Centennial Model Apartment Opening

University Housing is excited to announce the upcoming opening of the Model Apartment for Wolf Ridge at Centennial. The model will open to the public starting on October 1.

Touring hours for the Model Apartment are:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

All students, faculty, and staff wanting to visit the Model Apartment are encouraged to schedule an appointment.

The Model Apartment sits on Centennial Campus just next to the Centennial Campus Central Utility Plant (the corner of Partners Way and Main Campus Drive). It's a replica of one of the more common four bedroom units available in the fall of 2013. Come see the Model Apartment and learn about living in Wolf Ridge at Centennial next fall!

About Wolf Ridge at Centennial

Wolf Ridge at Centennial, is a new phase in campus living! This vibrant new living community, located on the Centennial Oval across from the new Hunt Library, will expand campus housing and student life to Centennial Campus. Phase One, which includes Tower Hall and Lakeview Hall, opens in the fall of 2013. The Second Phase, which includes 4 additional buildings, opens in the fall of 2014.

The property is the epitome of convenience, featuring an on-site University dining facility, a bookstore, fitness center, and 24-hour service desk. In addition, Wolf Ridge is leading the sustainable practices by providing green spaces, a green rooftop, a 50,000 gallon cistern, and more. The property is seeking Silver LEED certification.
