University Housing Owned Properties: Clarification

Many students and parents have contacted the University Housing office to inquire about Valentine Commons, University Towers and other off-campus apartment facilities. University Housing does not own or operate these properties.
The official on-campus apartment complexes operated by University Housing, a division of NC State University, include:
- Wolf Village
- Wolf Ridge
- Western Manor
- E.S. King Village
