Greetings from University Housing! As the new academic year approaches, we know you are anxious to finalize your plans for arrival on campus. We have compiled this information to assist you and make the transition a little easier.
The Director of University Housing would like to welcome you and share some information. Check your room assignment through the MyPack Portal and get your roommate's contact information. Due to the high traffic volume on campus during move-in weekend, you will need to print a special parking pass and follow these instructions on how to enter campus. Individuals or group members that need to check-in early can apply beginning July 15, 2009. The Residential Network gives you access to the internet. Cable television and local phone service are optional services available through Communication Technologies.
Additional information is available regarding property insurance, the cancellation policy, office hours, housing rules, immunizations and more.
During orientation, our student newsletter, The Front Porch, and our parent's newsletter, The Wolf's Den, will be available. They both include valuable information that will help you prepare for arrival at NC State.
Fall 2009 Check-in Hours for all Residence Halls
- Friday, August 14: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. (Check in at assigned halls)
- Saturday, August 15: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Check in at assigned halls)
- Sunday, August 16: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. (Check in at 24-hour service desk)
- Monday, August 17: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Check in at 24-hour service desk)
- Tuesday, August 18: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Check in at 24-hour service desk)
Fall 2009 Check-in Hours for Wolf Village Apartments
Check-in for all Wolf Village buildings will take place in the Building D lobby from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m on the following days:
- Tuesday, August 11 - Sunday, August 16: Building E and F residents
- Wednesday, August 12 - Sunday, August 16: Building A, B, C, D and G residents
- Thursday, August 13 - Sunday, August 16: Building H residents
