Media and Student Services

Media and Student Services is part of the university's Office of Information Technology and is responsible for student telecommunications services on campus. Students can contact Media and Student Services to apply for cable television and find out more about our two local origination cable television stations and radio station.

Media and Student Services also offers a comprehensive optional local telephone package that includes call waiting, call return, three-way calling, caller ID and voice mail. Long distance service is also available.

All of our services are optional and are billed to the Pack Tracks account of the first roommate that signs up for service. Cable television is currently $192.50 per room, per semester and local phone service is $67 per room, per semester. Media and Student Services is located in the Office of Information Technology Walk-in Center in the West Dunn Building. We will have extended hours during Check-in Weekend.
