Student and Media Services is part of the university's Office of Information Technology and is responsible for student telecommunications services on campus. Students can contact Student and Media Services to apply for cable television and find our more about our two local origination cable television stations and one radio station.
Student and Media Services also offers a comprehensive optional local telephone package that includes call waiting, call return, three-way calling, caller ID and voice mail. Long distance service is also available.
All of our services are optional and are split only if both roommates sign up for the service. Cable television is currently $192.50 per room, per semester and local phone service is $67 per room, per semester. Student and Media Services is located in the new Technology and Media Support Center in the West Dunn Building. We will have extended hours during Check-in Weekend.

We are open Monday - Thursday, 8am-8pm and Fridays, 8am-5pm.
