Plan a Conference
University Housing at NC State takes pride in being able to offer affordable, comfortable, air-conditioned living arrangements. Four types of accommodations are offered in NC State residence halls. In traditional corridor-style residence halls, rooms open onto a common hallway. Restroom and shower facilities are shared with other guests. This style is offered in Tucker, Owen, Turlington, Alexander, Becton, Bagwell, Berry, Syme, Gold, and Welch Halls.
In suite-style halls, 8 to 14 guests share suite and bathroom facilities. Sullivan, Lee, Bowen, Metcalf, Carroll, and Wood Halls offer suite-style rooms. Wood Hall also offers individual suite lounges.
North Hall and Avent Ferry Complex offer double rooms with a private bath.
Wolf Village is a four person occupancy fully furnished apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, ample storage, and a washer/dryer unit. Each bedroom is a private room that is lockable.
