Reservations

Due to the great demand for guest housing, online reservation requests are required and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be made via our Web site at least THREE (3) days prior to your arrival and require a credit card number (unless the cost will be covered by a specific department). This is to allow enough time to assure room availability and proper cleanliness before your arrival. After submitting an online reservation request, a confirmation e-mail will be sent if a room is available for the date(s) you requested. If space is not available, you will receive an email indicating so. You can expect a response within 2-4 business days after we receive your request.

The credit card used to reserve the room will be charged upon check-out unless other arrangements are made prior to departure.

Please read the Guestroom Housing Terms and Conditions. By completing the reservation form, you are agreeing to those terms.

Your credit card will be charged within five business days of your check-out. If you would prefer to pay another way (check or money order) this will need to be done Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm at the University Housing Office located at 1112 Pullen Hall on campus.
