Parents' Orientation Sessions

University Housing, Conference Services has partnered with Parents & Families Services to offer parents the "adventure" of living on campus during orientation!

This taste of college life is available at a reasonable rate of $40.00 per night per bedroom. If there is more than one person in your party, you will all be assigned to the same apartment. Each individual/couple will have a private bedroom and bathroom, but may share an apartment with other parents.

The Wolf Village Apartment Complex is about half a mile from the majority of the Orientation programs and Lee Hall, where the students are housed. Parking is available on site at Wolf Village for individuals who reside there.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and has four individual bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washer and a dryer. Each individual bedroom contains a full size bed, and linen is included in the room rate (sheets, towels, washcloth, blanket, pillow with pillowcase).

For those parents bringing laptops, each room will contain a ResNet Internet username and password for wired Internet access. There is limited wireless access in the Lobby of Building G (service desk area). There will not be televisions, phones or radios in the apartments, so you should bring your cell phone charger and an alarm clock!

If you are a person with a disability and require accessible accommodations, please let us know in the “Comments” section of the online form. Additionally, we do not permit students attending New Student Orientation to stay with their parents at Wolf Village. If you have a question regarding on campus housing please call Conference Services at (919) 515-4398.
