Summer Intern Housing

Thank you for your interest in Summer Intern Housing at NC State University. The goal of the intern-housing program at NC State University is to provide comfortable, affordable accommodations to meet a wide variety of individual needs for college and university students participating in internships in the greater Raleigh area. Intern housing is available from Saturday, May 17 – Sunday, August 3, 2008.

Eligibility

To be eligible for intern housing, you must be a degree-seeking student at a college or university in the United States or abroad and taking a class or doing an internship in the local area. All applicants must be 18 years or older by the expected check-in date.

Location

University Housing at NC State University takes pride in offering affordable, comfortable living arrangements. All interns will be housed in our Wolf Village Apartment Complex. Wolf Village is an eight-building complex that can accommodate 1200 students. Each fully furnished four-bedroom apartment contains two full bathrooms, four single bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a washer/dryer unit. The apartment complex also features a fitness room, computer lab, volleyball courts, and Wolfline bus stops. High-speed Internet connections and cable TV in the apartment common area are also included in your rent.

Each intern will have a private lockable bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment. Two bedrooms share a bathroom within each apartment. There may be times when a person checks out in the middle of the summer; a new intern will be assigned to a vacant room in an existing apartment as space dictates. View the amenities at Wolf Village here.

Cost

The cost of intern housing is $147.00 per person/week or pro-rated at $21.00 per day. Charges will be calculated based on the length of your stay as indicated on your reservation form. Interns are responsible for their own linen, cooking/eating utensils and cleaning products.
