Avent Ferry offers double-occupancy rooms, which open onto an exterior breezeway. Each room has its own bathroom and individually controlled air conditioning/heating units.

Each room is equipped with Internet connections, access to cable TV and local phone service (for an extra charge) a mini fridge and microwave. Rooms in Building F also offer a kitchenette that includes a mid-sized refrigerator, a microwave and a sink. Located at the intersection of Avent Ferry Road and Western Boulevard, Avent Ferry Complex offers a computer lab, a TV lounge with a large screen TV, pool table and snack room, and the 24-hour desk that serves the residents of the building.
