Sullivan Hall offers double-occupancy rooms in a 4 room suite configuration, opening on an exterior walkway. Private bathroom facilities are shared by each suite (8 people total) with each bathroom having two sinks, two toilets, and one shower. Additionally, Sullivan Hall is a smoke-free facility.

Each air-conditioned room is equipped with internet connections, access to cable TV and local phone service (for an extra charge), a mini fridge and microwave. The lobby hosts a 24-hour computer lab, there are lounges on each floor, and the dining hall is practically next-door.

Sullivan Hall is also the home of the University Scholars Village. The village offers participants a wide range of educational and social opportunities that ease the transition to college life and help students make connections.
