Welch
Hall offers double-occupancy rooms, which open onto an interior hallway.
This hall is all female and each floor shares bathroom facilities.
A small lounge and kitchen are located on the first floor and are available
for residents to use. Additionally, Welch Hall is a smoke and alcohol-free
facility.
Each air-conditioned room is equipped with Internet connections, access to cable TV (for an extra charge) a mini fridge and microwave. Welch Hall is one of three buildings that form the Triad. In the courtyard, there is a pavilion that is great for relaxing and enjoying the architecture of the surrounding buildings. It is conveniently located near the College of Design and the College of Education; and Pullen Park (a City of Raleigh public park) is just across the street. The Honors Village Commons is conveniently located and includes a 24-hour service desk, convenience store, computer lab, mailboxes, and meeting space to serve the residents of this hall.
