Service Raleigh 2010 Committee Members Needed
Contact: Tierza Watts
Planning for Service Raleigh is starting up this year. Service Raleigh is organized, planned, and executed by students. It is the largest student-run service organization in the Triangle area, involving over 2,000 volunteers annually. It is also one of the university's fastest growing service organizations, having doubled in size since it's beginning in 1998.
We are seeking motivated students who are interested in serving in a leadership position and passionate about service.
- There are 10 spots available for various chairmanships and over 50 spots available to committee members from Partners: who network with community businesses and organizations to Resources/events who plan the service day.
- Other committees include: public relations and volunteer coordinators.
- If you are interested in serving in any of these capacities as either a committee chair or member; please apply by Friday, September 18, 2009
To apply go to www.serviceraleigh.org and click on the "Volunteer Page".
Don't miss the opportunity to give back to the city we call home!
