This taste of college life is available starting at an affordable rate of $40.00 per night. If more than one (1) room is needed to accommodate your family, additional rooms in the apartment are available for $10.00 per night. Each individual/couple will have a private bedroom and bathroom, but will share an apartment with other parents. Please remember, all registered students participating in New Student Orientation will reside in Orientation Housing with other new students.
How do I register?
Registering is easy. Just fill out the Parents' Orientation Reservation Request form (be sure to include which session you are attending!)
Pre-payment is required. You will receive an email with a secure link to make payment for early arrival housing. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for check-in.
Reservations must be made online three (3) business days in advance of your student's orientation session. Additionally, we do not permit students attending New Student Orientation to stay with their parents at Wolf Village.
Arriving Early?
For parents/families commuting to NC State from distances more than three (3) hours away, you may request to stay in Parents' Orientation Housing the night before your scheduled session. Please add your request to arrive early in the comments box of the Room Request Form. All room rates are the same for arriving early. Any freshmen arriving early MUST complete the New Student Orientation Early Arrival Request.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and has four individual bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen and two full bathrooms. Each individual bedroom contains a full-size bed, and linen is included in the room rate (sheets, towels, washcloth, blanket, pillow with pillowcase).
For those parents bringing laptops, each room will contain a ResNet Internet username and password for wired Internet access. There is limited wireless access in the Lobby of Building G (service desk area).
