Advertising Request Form

Resident Advisors will post publicity from campus organizations and departments, provided that the materials are submitted for review by University Housing using this Advertising Request Form. Notification of approval will occur via email within one business day of receipt of form.

Once approved, materials should be delivered to 1112 Pullen Hall at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Materials must be counted and labeled by hall. Distribution counts can be found below. RAs will post materials in appropriate places within the residence hall and apartment communities. Due to space restraints, the maximum allowed size for materials is 11" x 17".
