East Campus
Our residence halls and apartments are more than buildings; they are living and learning centers. Many of the halls on East Campus have historic charm as they were built in the 1930s and 1940s. North Hall and Avent Ferry Complex were historic hotels turned into residence halls. Remnants of these hotels can still be found in the modern updates and architecture. Whether you want enjoy natural areas or be close to city happenings, East Campus is close to Pullen Park and Hillsborough Street allowing you to do both!
Among the 10 residence halls that comprise East Campus, seven of them (Bagwell, Becton, Berry, Gold, Syme, Welch and Watauga) are located along Pullen Road (next to Pullen Park), providing easy access to a variety of outdoor opportunities. Two other facilities, Avent Ferry Complex and Wood Hall, are closer to Western Boulevard and Centennial Campus, and North Hall is located on Hillsborough Street. East Campus is home to the Honors Village, SAY Village, WOW Village and Wood Wellness Village.
