Summer Housing Application Renewal Process (SHARP)
Sign-up for summer session II only will begin Thursday, June 5th at 3pm eastern time.
Residence Hall Students
- Bowen Residence Hall will be open to house registered summer school students. If you currently live in Bowen, you can sign up for your existing room for Summer II online beginning Thursday, June 5th at 3pm eastern time.
- Please note that you may be reassigned to consolidate spaces.
Wolf Village Summer Housing
- In Wolf Village Apartments, buildings A, B, C, and H will be open for summer school housing.
- To live in Wolf Village for summer session II, you must have a Wolf Village fall ’08 assignment.
- If you currently live in Wolf Village and will be a registered for summer classes, but do not have a fall assignment, you are only eligible to stay at Wolf Village for the 1st summer session. You may be assigned to a different space to accommodate students who need to move into their fall assignment.
- You must have a fall 2008 assignment to apply for summer II housing online beginning Thursday, June 5th at 3pm eastern time. The online process will assign you to your fall assignment.
Summer Housing Costs
- Wolf Village Room: $605.00 per session per person
- Wolf Village Cable TV (living room): $24.06 per session per person
- ResNet (Internet Service): $45.00 per session per person
- Room Local Telephone and Cable TV (optional)
- Bowen Residence Hall Room: $550.00 per session per person
- ResNet (Internet Service): $45.00 per session per person

Summer Session I
May
- 17, 1-4pm - Check-in
- 19 - Classes begin
- 26 - Memorial Day: No classes
June
- 20 - Last day of classes
- 23, 24 - Exams
- 24hrs after your last exam - Check-out
Summer Session II
July
- 4 - Independence Day: Holiday
- 6, 1-4pm - Check-in
- 8 - Classes begin
August
- 8 - Last day of classes
- 11, 12 - Exams
- 24hrs after your last exam - Check-out
Cancellation Policies
Housing Applications submitted and then canceled before the move in date will result in a $100 charge. Students who cancel after the session begins will be charged 50% of the total cost of one or both sessions and daily charges, if appropriate.
