Submit Publicity

Resident Advisors will post publicity from campus organizations and departments, provided that the materials are submitted for review and given approval by University Housing. You will be notified of approval via email within 1-2 business days after your request is submitted.

Once approved, materials should be delivered to 1112 Pullen Hall at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Materials must be counted, labeled by hall, and clipped together by hall. Distribution counts can be found below. RAs will post materials in appropriate places within the residence hall and apartment communities. Due to space restraints, the maximum allowed size for materials is 11" x 17".

To submit your advertisement for approval, please email it to Woody Joseph in either Adobe PDF (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc) document format. Include the information below in the body of your email. Your ad will not be considered without these details.

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Title of the event
  • Date of the event
  • Name of the student organization or campus department you represent

Remember, materials must be delivered to University Housing for distribution at least 2 weeks prior to the day of your event.
