Summer I and II Housing Information
If you're thinking of getting ahead academically by taking summer classes, think about the advantages of living on campus. University Housing will house summer school students in North Hall and the Wolf Village Baffin and Caspian halls. We offer convenience, comfort, and community activities to help make your summer studies an enjoyable experience!
Summer School Housing Basics
- If you currently live in the residence halls and will be returning to a residence hall or going off-campus this fall, you will live in North Hall for summer school.
- If you currently live in Wolf Village and are planning to return to Wolf Village for the fall, you are eligible to live in Baffin or Caspian Hall for both summer sessions.
- If you currently live in Wolf Village, but are not planning to return to Wolf Village for the fall, you are only eligible to live in Wolf Village for Summer Session I. For Summer Sessions II you will be housed in North Hall.
Online Sign-Up Dates and Times
Summer Session I and Maymester (3 Week session) - North Hall
- Current North Hall residents with spring assignment: 8 a.m. April 15th to 3 p.m. April 18th
- Registered students: 8 a.m. April 22th to 3 p.m. May 10th
Summer Session I and Maymester (3 Week session) - Wolf Village
- Residents of Baffin or Caspian with spring assignment: 1 p.m. April 15th to 3 p.m. April 18th
- Eligible Wolf Village students: 1 p.m. April 22th to 3 p.m. May 10th
Summer Session II - North Hall
- Summer I residents: 8 a.m. May 20th to 3 p.m. May 23rd
- Registered students: 8 a.m. May 27th to 3 p.m. June 19th
Summer Session II - Wolf Village
- Baffin or Caspian residents with fall assignment: 1 p.m. May 27th to 3 p.m. May 31st
- Eligible students with fall assignment: 1 p.m. June 1st to 3 p.m. June 19th
How to Apply
Beginning April 15th, students may log into the MyPack Portal and sign up for summer school housing following the steps below.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation of Housing assignment before May 18 (Summer Session I) or June 29 (Summer Session II) move-in dates will result in a $200 charge.
- Students who cancel after the session begins will be charged 50 percent of the session(s) cost, as well as daily charges, if appropriate.

Maymester (3-weeks)
- Check-In: May 18th, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 24-hour Service Desk
- Check-Out Deadline: June 11th by 12 Noon
Summer Session I (5-weeks)
- Check-In: May 18th, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 24-hour Service Desk
- Check-Out Deadline: June 26th by 12 Noon
Summer Session II (5-weeks)
- Check-In: June 29th, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 24-hour Service Desk
- Check-Out Deadline: August 7th by 12 Noon
