What Benefits Are Available?
NC State provides eligible employees access to auto, home, and renter's insurance at reasonable rates, through Travelers' Auto and Home Insurance Company. Premiums are conveniently payroll-deducted and a local agent is on campus every Wednesday to meet with employees.
Who's Eligible?
Eligibility to participate in these benefit programs begins with a permanent employment status of at least .50 FTE (20 hours per week) with a minimum contract period of 9 months per year.
Where Can I Obtain More Information?
A representative from Providence Insurance Agency, Inc. is on campus every Wednesday to meet with employees. The agent will meet on a one-on-one basis with interested employees to discuss insurance plan options and facilitate the enrollment process. Here's how to obtain more information.
