Benefits Changes
Benefit plan changes including the addition of your spouse to health, dental, vision, life etc. and adjustments to flexible spending account contributions must be made within 30 days of the event date. Other changes such as increasing life insurance may require statement of health approval.
Health insurance changes can be made online. Go to https://ncsubenefits.hrintouch.com and log in with your employee ID number and password you created. You can select the "eBenefits Now Click Here to Enroll" link on the left. This will load you into your health insurance portal.
Click on "My Benefits" then the "My Current Benefits" tab. Next, click on the blue "View/Edit Information" on the right side of your screen. It will move through the life event section for making changes to the health coverage.
NCFlex (dental, vision, flex spending, etc.) changes can be made by going to www.ncflexonline.org to log in. Once logged in, select "My Account" in the upper right corner. Then on the left side, select "Add a Life Event". Follow the steps to make changes to your coverages.

Legal Matters
If you currently participate in the pre-paid legal plan, services such as family law, real estate matters, wills and estate planning may be available to you at a reduced cost. Visit the Hyatt Legal Plans web site and use password 2660010 to put your plan to work!
Name and Address Change
Visit the MyPack Portal to make address changes through the Employee Self Service area. Name changes require documentation and can made with your department's HR representative.
