Expo runs from 11:00am to 2:30pm
Human Resources cordially invites all NC State Employees to the Benefits and Wellness Expo at the McKimmon Center on September 23rd. More than 50 benefits and wellness vendors will be in attendance to get you motivated and answer any questions you have! The Expo will begin at 11:00am and will feature free seasonal flu shots for State Health Plan members, a Blood Drive, Seminars and much more! Plan to arrive early and take part in all that is planned!

What kind of screenings and vendors will be in attendance?
There will be BMI Screenings, Blood Pressure Checks, Smoking Cessation Education, Retirement Check-Ups with TIAA-CREF, Prudential 401k/457, VALIC, Lincoln Financial and Fidelity Investments, WolfPerks Vendors and lots of free product samples, door prizes and giveaways.

Blood Drive Registration
NC State has partnered with Rex Blood Services to make donating blood as convenient as possible. To donate, submit an online form at: www.mysignup.com/ncsu There is no deferral associated with flu shots and donating blood, which means donors can receive both their shots and donate blood within the same day.

Grab a campus map and be sure to walk on sidewalks to and from the McKimmon Center. You are asked to use pedestrian cross walks and to cross at traffic signals using the pedestrian button! Want to earn your Wolfpack Degree?
Stop by Room 4 because NC State Undergraduate Admissions will conduct a workshops for employees interested in completing their Wolfpack Degree. The workshop will include information about the steps needed to get your high school student into NC state. The workshop will be held at 11:15am and our friends from the CFNC 529 plan will attend and provide some advice on How To Afford College!

Facilitators from the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union will be on hand to help you understand how to develop a spending plan. This course is designed to help you stretch your paycheck. This session will be held in Room 5 at 11:30 AM and register below:
