Benefits and Wellness Expo
Expo runs from 11:00am to 2:00pm
Human Resources cordially invites all NC State Faculty and Staff to the Benefits and Wellness Expo at the Talley Student Center Ballroom on October 4th. Benefits and wellness vendors will be in attendance to get you motivated and answer any questions you have! The Expo will begin at 11:00am and will feature free seasonal flu shots for State Health Plan members, Exhibits and much more! Plan to arrive early and take part in all that is planned!
What kind of screenings and information will be provided?
There will be BMI Screenings, Blood Pressure Checks, Smoking Cessation Education, Retirement Check-Ups, Vision Screenings, WolfPerks Vendors and lots of free product samples, door prizes and giveaways. View the list of confirmed vendors!
Flu Shot Registration
Our on-site clinic is available to all employees, postdocs/CVM house officers, retirees and dependents. Those not covered by the SHP, BCBSNC, or Medicare Part B will be charged $30 (cash or check only) per seasonal flu shot. Members must present a valid SHP or BCBSNC, Medicare ID card and a photo ID.
Why Drive? Step It Up and walk to the Expo!
Grab a campus map and be sure to walk on sidewalks to and from the Talley Student Center. You are asked to use pedestrian cross walks and to cross at traffic signals using the pedestrian button! Make sure you PAY ATTENTION to traffic! For walking maps, visit: NC State Transportation
Unable to Attend the Benefits and Wellness Expo?
We understand that many of our faculty and staff may have a scheduling conflict and cannot attend. We wanted to include you, so we will randomly select employees to receive a Wellness Expo Goodie Bag and/or Wellness Expo gift.
