The University honors the rights of employees to discuss problems and express opinions freely. However, willful disruption of the education process or business operations that endangers employees' safety or the safety of others, destruction of property, and/or interference with the rights of other campus community members will not be tolerated. Any such action will be dealt with promptly, effectively, fairly and impartially. Penalties for disruptive action may include disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
