Retaliation is conduct that causes any interference, coercion, restraint, or reprisal against a person who has filed a grievance or complaint, reports in good faith violations, or participates in the resolution of a grievance or complaint. The University does not tolerate retaliation.

The University encourages all employees to report any violation of policy or any incidences of inappropriate behavior to Employee Relations.
