Management Consultations
Consultation with Employee Relations on serious workplace issues is important to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures. Following consultation with Employee Relations, Deer Oaks can provide individual and group assistance to all tiers of management, from direct supervisors to department heads and deans. Unlimited consultations are provided to supervisors and managers regarding difficult workplace situations such as low productivity, difficulties with workplace violence or substance abuse, interpersonal conflicts, and more. Deer Oaks offers strategies to address these issues effectively.
