Term Details - Informal Complaint
A complaint filed in writing or orally with Human Resources regarding issues such as a poor work environment, communication problems with coworkers and/or supervisor, violations of law or university policy, and/or general concerns regarding the work environment. Resolution of informal complaints is addressed according to the issues of the specific complaint.
