Term Details - Suspension without Pay

A Suspension Without Pay is a disciplinary action in which an SPA employee may be suspended without pay for Unsatisfactory Job Performance, Grossly Inefficient Job Performance or Unacceptable Personal Conduct. Note: Please contact Employee Relations prior to placing an employee on suspension without pay status.
