A life-time monthly payment alternative in lieu of a lump-sum return of contributions payable to one pre-designated beneficiary of a TSERS or LEORS participant who contributed to the plan for more than twenty years; this term is specific to the Teachers' and State Employees' and Law Enforcement Officers' Retirement Systems
