What are some of the improvements taking place with 9.1?
- One area of improvement will be workflow-driven processing for certain actions, which guides the user through the steps required to complete a transaction. The goal is to provide a clear path to complete multi-step transactions, while providing details of the status of the transaction as it progresses through tasks and approvals. We will first focus on the hiring of all employees, incorporating a new step-by-step process for employees, personnel representatives, and HR to follow to complete background checks, capture employee information, add job assignments, and complete the required approvals within the HR System.
- The new version will also provide improved functionality for timesheets, commitment accounting changes and distribution setup. Employees will see some new self-service features, including the ability to add multiple accounts for direct deposit of pay checks and printable PDF version for paycheck statements.
