Temporary Permanent Resident

  • Individuals who have been granted temporary permission to reside in the US under certain special U.S. government programs
  • Form I-688, Temporary Resident Card, or an EAD
  • Valid until expiration date on the card (or on a sticker on the back of the card)
  • Employers must reverify employment eligibility by the expiration date on the Employment Authorization Document
