TN Working Visa
TN working visas are for individuals in the US to perform professional services for a sponsoring employer in a specific position for a fixed period of time.
- Citizens of Canada and Mexico
- Canadians require I-94 card as employment authorization
- Mexicans require INS Form I-797A
- May be employed and compensated only by the sponsoring employer through whom the status was obtained
Employment Restrictions:
- May be employed and compensated only by sponsoring employer through whom the status was obtained
- Must meet established professional qualifications
- Dependents (TD) may not be employed

- Job offer letter
