Temporary Worker (students & non-students)
All University employees, including temporay employees, are required to enroll in the direct deposit program immediately upon hire. Please review the "Employee Self Service" instructions on the Payroll website for information on how to go about enrolling in the direct deposit program. You will also find information on completing electronic tax withholding forms (W-4, NC-4), viewing your bi-weekly pay advice and more.
NC State utilizes an online electronic I-9 Employment Eligibilty Verification system for completing I-9 forms. Your department will provide you with access to this sytem on or before your first day of employment.
Please print out the following forms, complete and take to the Human Resources representative for your department/college.
