Tax Assessments - Fall 2012
All Foreign Nationals, who have a job on campus, must meet with the Foreign National Tax Specialist for a tax assessment.
To schedule an appointment please log into OIS online using you Unity ID & password and choose the tax assessment option.
Please complete the Foreign National Information form and submit it by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to submit the form electonically, please print it out and bring it with you to your appointment.
