|Directs the team of Talent Consultants in SPA classification; SPA, EPA Non-Faculty, and Faculty recruitment, selection, and compensation strategies and consultation; and associated HR services. Develops and oversees the programs associated with recruitment and selection for Faculty, EPA Non-Faculty, and SPA positions. Other areas of responsibility include SPA employee compensation, HR policy and compliance (federal, state, UNC system, etc.), spouse/partner employment, relocation services, hiring priorities, and PeopleAdmin system administration. Directs special recruitment initiatives and community outreach efforts.
