|Directs the team of consultants in employment strategies to meet university goals. Develops, implements, and oversees the programs associated with recruitment and selection for Faculty, EPA Non-Faculty, and SPA positions. Other areas of responsibility include new hire and transfer employee compensation, policy and compliance (federal, state, UNC system, etc.), spouse/partner employment, relocation, hiring priorities, education and credentials verification, and background check processing. Directs specialty recruitment initiatives.
