Description:
This is an introductory class designed to acquaint participants with the HR System, it's types of users and the actions they perform for permanent (SPA/EPA) employees or temporary employees. Upon completion, participants should have an understanding of the user roles and what is processed in the HR system. Additionally, they should be able to identify if they need further training and what classes they should attend.
