This course is designed to increase one's understanding of the Benefit Programs at NC State University. The course will focus on increasing the knowledge of Benefit Programs, benefit eligibility, status changes and the laws affecting them. Emphasis is on learning how to find detailed benefits information and knowing how to communicate it to employees correctly. Participants will gain the skills needed to handle eligibility issues and status changes.
- This course will provide in-depth details of benefits eligibility, status changes and benefit programs. Provide the participant with access to procedures, web systems/processes and other resources to equip them to successfully assist employees with benefit programs, eligibility and status changes.
