Processing SPA & EPA Appointments
Course Number: HRA29
This course will provide employees with the guidelines pertaining to processing personnel actions for SPA and EPA employees. It will focus on the general policies and procedures surrounding these actions and will discuss the required paperwork and approvals required prior to entering these transactions in the HR System as well as the back-up documentation required to be submitted to Human Resources after the actions are entered.
- Review general policies pertaining to SPA and EPA personnel transactions.
- Identify what must occur before certain personnel actions employees can be entered into the HR system.
- Provide details of the back-up documentation that must accompany these transactions.
