Processing Bi-Weekly Actions
Course Number: HRA30
This class will provide the basic guidelines and processes pertaining to entering personnel actions into the HR System for bi-weekly student workers and/or temporary employees. The course will cover using the VPAF Process (Virtual Personnel Action Form) to enter transactions for active bi-weekly employees. It will also cover general guidelines on reviewing employee timesheets and making basic updates.
- Review the basic procedure to hire bi-weekly employees.
- Increase the ability to effectively and efficiently navigate the HR System to retrieve data.
- Learn how to enter transactions for bi-weekly employees using the VPAF Process.
- Review bi-weekly timesheet data and how to make basic updates.
