Kaba Timekeeping Management Training

This is a three hour training course intended to help Kaba timekeeper, supervisors, and division payroll coordinators understand the requirements involved with verifying, maintaining, and updating employee timesheet data associated with time and labor activity. All department personnel responsible for verifying or updating time and labor entries for employees utilizing Kaba are required to attend this training course before a Security Access Request (SAR) is granted.

  • Time Reporting Codes (TRCs) for temporary hourly employees
  • Exception Alarms (Troubleshooting and Clearing)
