Basic Step
A non-stop cardio workout full of exciting step choreography. This class is designed for the beginner to intermediate stepper.
Raise the Bar
A challenging class that utilizes barbells, focused on strengthening your entire body. This 60-minute workout targets all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lunges, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
Cardio Combo
A high-intensity cardiovascular workout that will keep you guessing. Exercises may range from choreographed floor aerobics, interval training, calisthenics and resistance training.
Yoga Stretch
This class offers low-impact, Yoga-inspired movements to stretch, strengthen and relax the body. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
