Cecile joined the Internal Audit Division in February 2001. Prior, she worked for Lockheed Martin and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in the areas of financial,operational, and information technology auditing. Cecile received her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Meredith College. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She is also a graduate of the NC State Equal Opporturnity Institute and holds an Information Technology Audit Certificate from the MIS Training Institute.

Jordan joined the Internal Audit Division in March 2007.  Previously, she worked for the Department of Defense - Office of the Inspector General.  Jordan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Geneva College and is pursuing her Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.  

Rosemary M. King

Rosemary started in Internal Audit in May 2000. She has worked for the University for over twenty years in the departments of Contract and Grants and General Accounting. Rosemary received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Augustine’s College and she is also a graduate of the NC State Equal Opportunity Institute.

Andy joined the Internal Audit Division in June 2006.  Andy has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Education and Statistics from NC State University. Andy is pursuing his Certified Public Accountant license.

Cheryl S. Vetter

Cheryl joined the Internal Audit Division in July 2007.  Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary.  Before coming to NC State, she worked for WakeMed and Progress Energy in various environmental, health, and safety compliance and policy roles, including internal auditing. Cheryl is pursuing a Certificate in Core Public Health Concepts at the University of North Carolina.

Leo joined the Internal Audit Division in June 2007.  Prior, he worked for NC State’s Finance and Business Division as an information security and network analyst.  Leo received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of the West Indies.  He holds several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Business Resiliency Manager (CBRM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP).
