Faculty/Staff
Stay informed! Subscribe to the Computing Services Email List (csworkshops) and be notified when our training schedule is open for registration, when classes are added to the schedule and when new classes are created.
There are two ways to subscribe:
- Send email to mj2@lists.ncsu.edu
- Leave the subject blank
- In the body type: subscribe csworkshops
- Send email
- Web
- Use the email list webpage
- Type your email address in text box ( you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page)
- Click the "subscribe" button
- A confirmation email is sent to your email address. You must confirm your subscription before you can begin receiving messages from us.
How to unsubscribe:
Be sure to follow these instructions using the email account to which you are subscribed.
- In the "To" area, type, "mj2@lists.ncsu.edu"
- Leave the subject: area blank
- What is typed into the message area depends on the email account you use to unsubscribe:
- If you send this note using the subscribed email account, then type the following in the message area, "unsubscribe csworkshops"
- If you are unsubscribing from a different email account, type the following in the message area, " unsubscribe csworkshops other_email@domain.com" , where other_email@domain.com is the address used for you by the list.
All Computing Services workshops will be held in our training facility in the Avent Ferry Convention Center.
Students
Stay informed! Subscribe to the Student Technology Education Email List (student_ed) and be notified when our training schedule is open for registration, when classes are added to the schedule and when new classes are created.
There are two ways to subscribe:

- In the body type: subscribe student_ed
- Send email
2. On the Web
- Use the email list webpage
- Type your email address in text box (you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page)
- Click the "subscribe" button
