How do I get to my Unity Home directory and manage my file space?

When you log in to a Mac workstation in a Unity lab, your AFS space (Home file space) is automatically available. Double click on the "Home" icon on the desktop to get to your Home directory files.

To move a file from your Home file space to your desktop, floppy disks, drives or directories (or vice Versa):

  1. Select the file's icon.
  2. "Drag and drop" it to the new location.

You don't need Unix commands or a file transfer program (e.g., Fugu ).
