Product Information
Project Professional is the Microsoft desktop enterprise project management program that is used with Project Server and Project Web Access to make up the Microsoft solution for Enterprise Project Management (EPM). Project Professional offers all the tools found in Project Standard, and when used with Project Server, it also provides powerful enterprise project management capabilities--such as portfolio management and modeling, skill-based resource management, and project collaboration.
How to Get This Software
License or Agreement
NC State has two agreements in which colleges, departments or students can take advantage.
Academic Select Agreement – entitles colleges, departments, faculty and staff to purchase any Microsoft products for campus use at lower negotiated prices. The software is licensed per computer. This agreement expires July 31, 2010.

Student (Faculty/Staff) Select Agreement – An extension of the Academic Select Agreement that provides Office and Windows XP to students, faculty and staff at a greatly reduced price from the NCSU Bookstores. See the NCSU Bookstore website for pricing and a downloadable copy of the purchase agreement.
Authorized Uses
Software acquired through one of the Microsoft agreements is restricted to use by students, faculty and staff on any computers covered by the agreement. Use on personally owned machines is only available under the Student Select Agreement and certain Campus Agreements

Most popular Microsoft products are installed in all Unity Computer Labs. Check the Applications Launcher on the lab computers to see available Microsoft products.
