Create and Display Your Own Web Pages

Introduction

NC State provides personal Web space on the www4 Web server for all students, faculty and staff with active Unity accounts. Here's a step-by-step tutorial to help you put your own pages into this space.

Step 1: What's allowed on Web pages
Step 2: Planning your pages
Step 3: Creating your pages
Step 4: Basic HTML tags for text
Step 5: HTML tags for images
Step 6: Linking
Step 7: Granting access to your pages
Step 8: Putting your pages online

There is a special WWW Setup Tool that you can use when you are ready to configure your Unity file space to accept your Web pages. You can either run it now or wait and run it as a part of Step 7 above.
