Guidelines
Please read the guidelines below before proceeding to schedule your space. Users will be held to these criteria, so please be sure that you will be able to follow them before scheduling your space. Thank you.
- Flyspace may be reserved in advance by any student, faculty or staff with a Unity ID. Check for availability via the online Flyspace calendar.
- Flyspace is reserved in two-hour blocks.
- Flyspace availability is dependent upon Talley Student Center's operational schedule. Refer to the calendar for opening and closing times.
- Reservations take priority; Flyspace users without a reservation will be required to relinquish the room to those with a reservation.
- Flyspace reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
- The Flyspace rooms will remain unlocked during the school semester (including during exams). When school is not in session, the rooms will be locked. Contact the game room attendant to have the doors opened for you. Reservations continue to be encouraged.
- Flyspace users must adhere to the university's Computer and Network Use Regulations and Rules.
- If you are a person with a disability and require any services or
accommodations to use Flyspace, please contact Talley Reservation and
Events Management at 5-2249 during the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at least 1 business day prior to your reservation. - Please fill out our exit survey following your Flyspace use! http://www.ncsu.edu/flyspace/survey/
