Our Optical Mark Reading(OMR) department does nearly all of the university's scantron (bubble sheets) testing, exams and evaluations.

OMR Scantron Forms

The scantron forms we use for exams and other testing are "custom" forms for the university. They are designed to work on the Pearson/NCS© OpScan scanners with our software. If you are new at using our OMR Services, please contact us to make sure you are administering the correct forms or to find out how to get these forms.
