To report a computing problem or to request help, please contact the Computing Services Help Desk at 515-HELP (4357), or by email at help@ncsu.edu. You will receive a tracking number, and you can monitor the status of your call on the web. The Help Desk will quickly route your call to the appropriate staff members.
