The JC Raulston Arboretum is a nationally acclaimed garden with one of the largest and most diverse collections of landscape plants adapted for landscape use in the Southeast. Plants especially adapted to Piedmont North Carolina conditions are collected and evaluated in an effort to find superior plants for use in southern landscapes.

State Employees Combined Campaign Participating in the NC State Employees Combined Campaign? If yes, please consider designating the JC Raulston Arboretum with your gift (#1595 on the designation sheet). Please visit the NCSECC Web site and learn more about the remarkable generosity and compassion of NC state employees and retirees! Web Site Problem The NC State University's Web server was upgraded on July 1, 2008. Specifically, PHP was upgraded from 4.0 to 5.2. Unfortunately, this has caused some problems on the JCRA Web site. Many pages have been fixed, but some problems remain. J. C.'s Slide Collection seems to work okay, but some errors are generated. Now Showing years 2004 through 2006 no longer link correctly, but 2007 and 2008 are fine. Friends of the JC Raulston Arboretum Newsletter Volume 12, Number 2 (Fall 2008) is available on the Web site. This edition of the newsletter is password protected for our members viewing only. Volume 12, Number 1 (Spring 2008) is now available to everyone in both PDF and HTML versions. Web Site Problem

The NC State University's Web server was upgraded on July 1, 2008. Specifically, PHP was upgraded from 4.0 to 5.2. Unfortunately, this has caused some problems on the JCRA Web site. Many pages have been fixed, but some problems remain. J. C.'s Slide Collection seems to work okay, but some errors are generated. Now Showing years 2004 through 2006 no longer link correctly, but 2007 and 2008 are fine.
