Southwestern Garden "Hot Plants That Take Cold Temperatures"

The JCRA's Xeric Garden, Scree Garden, and rooftop gardens all house plants from dry areas of the world, many of which never see temperatures below freezing. Learn about some plants from Mediterranean and desert habits which are thriving at the Arboretum.

Cost: Free.
Registration: Advance registration is not available.
Location: Tour begins at the Visitor Center at the JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.
